SOE-REFERENCE NUMBER

The SOE Foundation guards its Global Network like a mother bear does her cubs, so gaining access to even limited resources within the SOE Global Network via an SOE-Reference Number (SRN), is akin to applying for a visa to a foreign land. Obtaining an SRN requires submitting: personal, professional, contact, and citizenship, information; copies of photo identification; the passing of character, criminal, and banking, background checks.
(As SOE was founded by a woman, and since our currency system is based on an African practice, per the results of character-background checks, persons with an inherent prejudice against women, and/or melanated peoples, will be denied network admittance. Also, we couldn't care less about balances and/or credit scores. Our reason for banking background checks is simple: if you want to suss out a criminal, follow the money.)
