SOE Council Chancellor

SOE Council Chancellors are at the top of the SOE Global Network Hierarchy. Chancellors attend SOE Council meetings, but spend much of their time approving or denying requests for SOE Global Network Diplomatic Status, and receiving and reviewing reports, and other correspondences. As the SOE Council operates like a Think Tank, all Chancellors are Intrapreneurs – creatives/inventors, by nature - and actively contribute new business ventures to the SOE Global Network.

Security Commissioner

SOE Security Commissioners are SOE Global Network’s Physical, and Digital, Heads of Security. Security Commissioners have backgrounds in Security & Defense fields, like: Law Enforcement, Private Physical/Digital Security, and Military, and oversee a division of Security Attachés. SOE Global Network Security Commissioners work alongside SOE Ambassadors, and answer to the Director of the Investigation, Evidence & Disciplinary Action Division of the SOE Embassy Legal System (E.L.S.). Ethics Counsellor

SOE Global Network Ethics Counsellors are the Lawyers, Educators, Reporters, and Humanitarians in the SOE Global Network Diplomatic Ranks, and are responsible for educating SOE Global Network Diplomats to standards of global ethical diplomatic practices, and the laws (environmental; criminal, etc.) of the various locations to which they will be travelling. Ethics Counsellors: oversee the development, and use of, Ethics Education Training and Programs; oversee SOE Humanitarian projects; pursue, verify & report relevant news to the SOE Global Network at large; attends SOE Diplomatic Ceremonies; stand-in as SOE Global Network Embassy Emissaries in SOE Ambassadors' stead; and outside of the embassy, stand as Environmental Counsel, and Legal Counsellors for SOE Global Network Diplomats, on behalf of the SOE Global Network Embassy. SOE Global Network Legal Ethics Counsellors answer to the Director of the Hearing & Judgement Division of the SOE Embassy Legal System (E.L.S.).

Ambassador-at-Large

SOE Global Network Ambassadors-at-Large are the face of the SOE Council, the brain of the SOE Global Network, and the highest-ranking SOE Global Network Diplomats, under SOE Council Chancellors, in the SOE Global Network Hierarchy. All other SOE Diplomatic Ranks either work directly for, or with, Ambassadors, and for all divisions and day-to-day operations at the various SOE Global Network Embassies, the Ambassador-at-Large - who is the Head of the Mission - is ultimately responsible. SOE Ambassadors have SOE Council Authority to Swear-In new SOE Global Network Diplomats, and are charged with overseeing the successful launch of every SOE-owned, and many independently-owned, businesses in the SOE Global Network. As they are responsible for the continued growth of the SOE Global Network, all SOE Ambassadors-at-Large are either Business Theorists or Executive Portfolio/Business Managers. SOE Ambassadors in the former group (Business Theorists) are writer/researchers who create/come up with working business theories – a.k.a. Business Plans – and then SOE assumes the responsibility of proving those theories by launching the businesses. As they work mostly behind-the-scenes, Business Theorists are considered the brains of the SOE Global Network. SOE Ambassadors in the latter group (Executive Portfolio/Business Managers) use their financial/business industry backgrounds to review Business Plans submitted by Business Theorists, SOE Think Tank Program graduates, and recent SOE Entrepreneur Academy graduates. They assess each Business Plan individually, and if deemed viable – in the case of new entrepreneurs, they assume the responsibility of becoming the project lead to see the project through to completion, and help facilitate the successful launch of the business. Not only are they the face, and true public representation of SOE, but by bringing in, via the SOE Think Tank Program, new entrepreneurs into the network, aka new blood, Executive Portfolio/Business Managers are considered the heart of the SOE Global Network. Chancellor-Designate Ambassador-at-Large

After serving as an SOE Global Network Ambassador-at-Large for a minimum of five (5) years, jumping through a myriad of hoops, and under-going yet another vetting process, SOE Ambassadors can be elected to hold Interim SOE Council Seats - should the current SOE Council Chancellor for the same Seat become unable to fulfill their SOE Council duties for any reason - thereby allowing for the honorific of Chancellor-Designate to precede their title.

Security Attaché

SOE Global Network Security Attachés provide physical security detail for all SOE Global Network Diplomats; on-site physical security; Network-wide digital surveillance and defense; enforce SOE Global Network Laws and Code of Ethics, as well as the local, and national, laws of the location in which they are stationed. Working under the direction of either the Physical-Division Security Commissioner, or the Digital-Division Security Commissioner, all SOE Security Attachés come from backgrounds in Security & Defense fields, like: Law Enforcement, Private Security, and Military.

Liaison Consul-General

SOE Global Network Liaison Consuls-General work under the direction of SOE Ambassadors to oversee the regional SOE Think Tank Divisions, and is the only Level I SOE Diplomat that is also an SOE Notary Public. All SOE Global Network Liaison Consuls-General are Senior Business Managers who spend much of their time conducting interviews with hopeful entrepreneurs, and ultimately deciding who is accepted into the SOE Think Tank Program.

Liaison Consul

SOE Global Network Liaison Consuls are assigned, by SOE Liaison Consuls-General, to be the Project Leaders of New Business Projects from entrepreneurs who have been accepted into the SOE Think Tank Program. All SOE Global Network Liaison Consuls are either Business Administrative Officers or Account Executive Consultants, thus they possess excellent personable skills. That is why SOE Liaison Consuls are there to hand-hold entrepreneurs through the entire business planning SOE Think Tank Program, as well as be the principal Liaison to the entrepreneur after the SOE Think Tank Program if/when their business is vetted and ultimately launched.
