Embassy Legal Service (E.L.S.) Officers

As the servicers of SOE's Embassy Legal System, officers are part of the SOE Global Network Embassy Legal Service, and are the Policemen/women, and Detectives, of the E.L.S. Divided into three (3) Divisions, E.L.S. Officers are either part of the Network Division, the Clinic Division, or the Detention Division, and all Officers wear kevlar-lined uniforms, equipped with body-cameras. Regardless of the division in which they work, as they are law enforcers, all E.L.S. Officers, as well as all Disciplinary Board Members, undergo biannual professional reviews, as well as quarterly psychiatric assessments, are issued, and carry, badges, and must embody the three (3) traits of the E.L.S.: Equality; Leadership; Sovereignty.

Clinic Division:
Reporting to the Director of the Investigation, Evidence & Disciplinary Action Division, Clinic-E.L.S. Officers are the ones who have received both clinical, and practical, training with regards to apprehending, and restraining, persons with mental illnesses, or imbalances. Clinic-E.L.S. Officers are stationed at all SOE Clinics world-wide - including the Clinics at SOE Detention Centres, and are dispatched to accompany, and assist, both Network-Doctors during house-calls, as well as Network-E.L.S. Officers with wellness checks, and/or on cases involving persons with mental illnesses.

Detention Division:
Reporting to the Director of the Investigation, Evidence & Disciplinary Action Division, Detention-E.L.S. Officers are the ones who guard, and manage, the SOE Global Network Detention Centres.

Network Division:
Reporting to the Director of the Investigation, Evidence & Disciplinary Action Division, Network-E.L.S. Officers fall under one of two (2) sub-divisions: Physical Division - they physically work in the field to protect the SOE Global Network at large; and Digital Division - they work to protect the SOE Global Network, at large, from digital threats. With the combined talents, and skills, of those in both sub-divisions, Network-E.L.S. Officers are the first step in the very lengthy, and thorough, vetting process for all Embassy staff - including Diplomats - as they gather background information, and conduct initial interviews, with friends, family, and associates, of potential candidates.
Digital Division Network-E.L.S. Officers are the ones who vet those outside the SOE Global Network applying for SOE-Reference Numbers, which would give the applicant access to the SOE Global Network, and its Resources, as well as run complete background checks on those within the SOE Global Network, who are applying for certain programs, and/or positions.
Physical Division Network-E.L.S. Officers police the persons, and businesses, within the SOE Global Network, by educating, and enforcing, SOE Laws of Sovereignty, as well as provide on-site security for various SOE-owned properties, and businesses.
